Shipping and collection methods<\/h2>\n<p>Available shipping or collection methods are shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Depending on the product, destination and active services, these may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>delivery by a partner courier,<\/li>\n<li>delivery to a collection point or locker, where offered at checkout,<\/li>\n<li>collection from ReByteLab, where this option is available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Collection from our premises carries no transport charge. A different charge may be shown before checkout for bulky, heavy or specially handled products.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>3. Shipping cost<\/h2>\n<p>The exact shipping cost, any cash-on-delivery fee and every other mandatory charge are calculated and itemised before the final order button. No undisclosed charges are added after submission.<\/p>\n<p>If special transport cannot be calculated in advance for technical reasons, the customer is informed and must accept the cost before any charge or shipment.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>4. Processing and delivery time<\/h2>\n<p>Estimated availability and delivery time are shown on the product page, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Times are indicative and stated in business days unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n<p>If no specific time has been agreed, delivery takes place without undue delay and no later than the statutory deadline. In the event of a material delay, the customer is informed and may exercise their statutory rights.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>5. Inspection on delivery<\/h2>\n<p>The recipient is advised to inspect the parcel externally on delivery. If there is obvious serious damage, tampering or a missing item, a reservation should be noted with the carrier and ReByteLab should be informed promptly with photographs, without limiting statutory consumer rights.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>6. Risk of loss or damage<\/h2>\n<p>For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage passes when the consumer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession. An exception may apply when the consumer chooses a carrier not offered by ReByteLab.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>7. Returning products<\/h2>\n<p>After giving notice of withdrawal, the consumer must send or deliver the product without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Return address:<\/strong> ReByteLab, 9 Aiolou Street, Pyrgos, Ilia, 27131, Greece.<\/p>\n<p>Contact before dispatch is recommended so that packaging and receipt instructions can be provided. Prior contact facilitates the process but is not a condition for validly exercising the right.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>9. Return costs<\/h2>\n<p>For a simple change-of-mind withdrawal, the consumer bears the direct return cost unless ReByteLab has agreed to cover it or did not provide prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>When the wrong product is sent, a product was damaged before delivery or a product lacks conformity, ReByteLab bears the necessary remedy or return costs.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>10. Condition of returned products<\/h2>\n<p>The consumer may inspect the product to the extent reasonably possible in a physical shop. They are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.<\/p>\n<p>Original packaging, accessories, manuals and protective materials should be returned where present. Missing or damaged packaging does not automatically remove the right but may be considered only where it causes an actual reduction in value.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>11. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>ReByteLab refunds amounts received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal.<\/p>\n<p>Any additional difference arising because the consumer chose a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. The refund is made using the same payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without charge.<\/p>\n<p>ReByteLab may withhold the refund until it receives the products or the consumer supplies proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>12. Exceptions to withdrawal<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>products clearly made or configured to personal specifications,<\/li>\n<li>sealed software, audio or video recordings once unsealed,<\/li>\n<li>sealed goods unsuitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons once unsealed,<\/li>\n<li>digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance began with prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right would be lost,<\/li>\n<li>a fully performed service where performance began with prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right would be lost on full performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Simply unsealing an ordinary electronic product does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>13. Services before the 14-day period expires<\/h2>\n<p>If the consumer expressly asks for repair, installation or other technical work to begin before the withdrawal period expires and then withdraws before completion, a proportionate amount is due for the service supplied up to the notice of withdrawal.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n\n<section class=\"rbl-section\">\n<h2>14. Defective or incorrect product<\/h2>\n<p>Withdrawal because the consumer changed their mind is distinct from rights where a product does not conform to the contract.
